Our trust has developed its own Estate Management Strategy based on the condition surveys we commission for every school as part of the conversion process. We are able currently to bid for Capital Improvement Fund grants – and, with our partners at E3Cubed – have had a great deal of success in recent years in securing projects for roofing, heating and window replacement. We provide central support for all such projects, taking a lot of the strain of bidding and project management off school leaders. We are also able to support with smaller projects, such as toilet refurbishments and simple remodelling. Again, we will provide advice and support, link with contractors and consultants as needed and deal with contracts and payments.
